Elevated States of Awareness? What's up with that, and what does it have to do with you and staying healthy?

Well, I guess we can pretty much say it's the next step. You know, you get your body and mind in good shape, then work on your spiritual side, kind of the body, mind and spirit sort of things.

It's very likely a subject far more popular than many of us might suppose. It's something I've had an intense interest in for many years, and I think you might too. As I've mentioned, I've spent many years doing research in the areas of keeping the human body healthy, but that's not all I've been doing, and want to do even further research into the areas of the human spirit, paranormal activity and things beyond the physical world.

And exactly why would I want to do this? Other than the fact that it's intensely fascinating, intriguing beyond belief, something we all want to know about and just downright exciting beyond belief, I have absolutely no idea.

It's not like anybody has discovered the secrets to the universe and wants to brag about it, just the opposite, we have learned some things, a lot of things, and want to learn a great deal more, and of course share those things with our friends.

And as much as I like having funded this research myself, financial times are not as good as they used to be, and quite honestly, there is nothing wrong accepting donations in order to be able to continue the research.
