Safety Tips For The Home Rex Lee Reynolds These drinks cannot be bought in stores, they go along very much with our Power Tea Recipe, and can be used in varying combinations, depending upon your tastes and preferences. The basis of our power drinks mentioned here is none other than liquid sunshine itself, also known as Chlorophyll. You know, that very magic green stuff that we get from eating all those green leafy vegetables, that not all of us like all that much, but is nevertheless so extremely good for us.Chlorophyll is the ever amazing result of nature's magic way of using photosynthesis to convert sunlight into plant energy. And since Mother Nature has been so kind to do this for us, it's in our best interests to show our appreciation by getting as much as we can from it.If you were fortunate enough to have grownup in the country where Alfalfa was being grown, you may have had the chance to taste Alfalfa, which like a good many plants, happens to be loaded with Chlorophyll. Alfalfa is mentioned because when you taste liquid chlorophyll it tastes like alfalfa, which is a very natural taste, and not bad at all unless you just don't like it, in which case you can improve the taste by mixing in other ingredients. For our drink recipe we use liquid Chlorophyll which is readily available from any good health food store, such as this one, Nature's Sunshine. After clicking on the link to the left put Chlorophyll in the search box, which will take you to the liquid chlorophyll in two sizes of your choice. We have several different power drinks you can make using your liquid chlorophyll, as follows.1- Mixed with Grapefruit Juice. 100% juice is recommended. Fresh squeezed is the best but juice from concentrate is fine, but make sure it says, "100% juice," rather than something like 30% water. A very good brand is the Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice from Texsun. You can also substitute with tomato juice or V-8, or any number of others. In a cup of your pure juice you put just a cap full or two of the chlorophyll, since it is very concentrated. The only drawback with the chlorophyll is that it can stain things because it's so concentrated, so you just have to be careful and not spill it on things. If you really don't like the taste of chlorophyll, just use a little less to improve taste. Along with the cholesterol improving properties of the juice this drink with the chlorophyll is one of the healthiest things for you that you can possibly imagine. 2- Added to our Power Tea Recipe - Mix up your power tea as mentioned in the recipe with green or brown tea, preferably made with filtered & alkalized water, lemon juice, calcium/magnesium concentrate solution (Malgag) and so forth. Then add a couple caps full of liquid chlorophyll. If you don't have ionized alkaline water, just filtered tap water is find. And do yourself and the environment a favor by not using bottled water from plastic bottles. Even good old tap water wont kill you, but filtered is better, of course, because it's best to remove the chlorine and other junk in the water.3- Pure Water & Chlorophyll - Obviously, the most nutritious and healthiest drink is number two with the power tea, but regular old good water with a cap or two the the chlorophyll added still makes a healthy drink, because of the purifying and other good effects of the chlorophyll. And with the use of your imagination and some experimentation, you could likely come up with some tasty and healthy variations of your own. © 2011 Moments of Magic Photography Skype Momentsofmagicphoto mail@momentsofmagicphoto.com All Content Exclusive Property of Moments of Magic PhotographyNo materials on this web site may be reproduced in any manner whatsoever without the express permission
