Staying Healthy

A Simple Guide

Rex Lee Reynolds Rex Lee Reynolds
We've all heard that tea is good for us, with the antioxidants and so forth that it contains. And green tea seems to be the best. Other teas are good too and also have the antioxidants, but green tea has a bit more.

This recipe for tea is about as good as it gets for keeping you healthy. Hot or cold, either way, it doesn't get any better for keeping you fit. But it's powerful enough that a little bit does the trick, maybe just one small cup per day will be more than enough.

With the warmer weather just around the corner the ice-tea lovers will enjoy it cold, but if you prefer it hot that's good too.  Either way, when you make it you start with it hot so you can easily dissolve some Calcium Magnesium & Vitamin C solution into your batch to give it the extra blast of benefits.

Start with a boiling pan of water with a dozen or so cups of water, preferably alkalized ionized water with a pH reading of at least 6 or 7 on the scale. But if you don't have ionized water or a water ionizer, regular purified water will be fine. If you would like a water ionizer for a decent price or would like to know more about them see

When your water is hot put in a green tea bag for each cup of water that is in your pan, and give them a minute or so to saturate the tea into the hot water.

Take out the tea bags and discard. Add a teaspoon of Calmax or Cal-Mag for each cup of water in your pan(calcium, magnesium & vitamin C concentrated powder). If you are new to Cal-Mag it's fabulous stuff and goes great with the tea.

Add a few drops of real lemon juice for each cup and stir well.  It's fine if the lemon juice is from concentrate, but make sure it says 100% lemon juice and is not mostly water.

For the  most amazing health benefits ever enjoy your power tea mixture hot or after it's chilled.
